Weight: 11 lb, 14 oz
Diaper size: 1 or 2 for disposable, but he is on the smallest settings for his cloth diapers.
Clothing size: some newborn, but mostly 3 months
Eating: Grayson is an excellent eater, meaning he loves to eat! During the day he eats about every 2-2.5 hrs. At night he will stretch it out to every 3 hrs, which I am very thankful for!
Sleeping: Grayson is an expert at fighting sleep during the day. He is the master at falling asleep but then waking himself back up about 10 times in a row before finally falling asleep. We have a constant battle of trying to keep his pacifier in his mouth. That boy is an all-star at spitting it out! As far as night time sleeping goes, he is doing much better at that. He lays down in the nine o'clock hour and sleeps until one o'clock. He nurses and then goes back to bed until four o'clock. He usually wakes himself up around five thirty and then it is a little bit of a battle to get him back to sleep, but he is getting better everyday.
Likes: He loves his vibrating bouncy chair. He loves his Wabbanub doggy paci. He is big on being snuggled and is a fan of being worn. We do both the Moby Wrap and the Ergo 360, and he is happy to be in either. He also loves his big brother and doesn't mind too much when Hudson holds him or gives him kisses on his head. Grayson likes to smile and flashes us a few gummy grins everyday!
He actually likes tummy time, unlike his older brother, who HATED it with a passion!
Milestones and Big events: Grayson has had a very busy first month of life. He has gotten a passport and already taken an international flight. He has spent time in three different African countries: South Africa, Malawi, and Zambia. He has been on a safari and seen many wild animals. He had his first family visitors: his Nana Jackson and Aunt Clare. He managed to roll over once this month from back to bell,y but we are yet to see that happen again.
